Good response to Ad
I got a good response to the job advertisement. Now I have to interview the people and decide who to hire. Any advice on what to watch out for while interviewing?

Hi Rick,
Make sure they are clean and tidy as that is what you want for your coffee shop. Make sure they are smiley and friendly as that is what your customers want. Go with your gut feeling if you like them.
